Concept to Creation

- Consultation with Homeowner: It all begins with a conversation to understand the vision, preferences, and goals for the property. This is an email or phone call.
- Property Viewing: Visit the property to assess its features, layout, and potential opportunities or challenges. A 1-3 hour onsite visit.
- Idea Generation: We will produce a mood board that reflects design ideas, aesthetics, and potential elements to visualize how the space can be transformed.
- Survey and Measurements: We conduct a thorough survey of the property to gather accurate measurements and assess existing conditions.
- Consultation with Experts: We engage with our network of master gardeners, arborists and/or ecological consultants to ensure our designs are environmentally beneficial and sustainable.
- Design Presentation: We'll present the final landscape designs both onsite and in a digital format, allowing our clients to review and provide feedback.
- Bespoke Construction: We collaborate with skilled carpenters for bespoke construction and custom woodwork, and work with experienced masons for custom pathways, retaining walls, or other hardscaping features.
- Plant Purchase and Installation: We source and facilitate the delivery of plants onsite while managing contracted landscapers to fulfill the installation in the best possible conditions.
- Care Plans: After the design plan is installed, a customized care plan is developed to ensure the landscape thrives. This includes guidance on plant maintenance, seasonal care, and any upkeep required for hardscaping features.
